Our service is a supportive living facility dedicated to providing high-quality care and assistance to individuals with varying needs. We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will provide personalized support to our residents, helping them with daily activities and promoting their independence.
What You’ll be Doing
Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
Support residents in developing and maintaining their independence.
Help residents with meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks.
Provide emotional support and companionship.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Ensure a safe and clean-living environment for residents.
What You’ll Need
Minimum of 2+ years’ experience as a support worker
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
NVQ2 in Health and Social Care & First aid Trained
