The referee must have passed their 3-month review for the referrer to qualify.
The referrer will qualify for the payment at the 3 – month mark (subject to tax and National Insurance Contributions) and payment will be made with your next monthly payroll.
The referrer must be an employee of one of the services within the group and still be on payroll at the 3 – month mark.
The referrer must have the consent from the person being recommended to make the referee and pass the personal data to Oakleaf Recruitment.
