Oakleaf recruitment are the in-house recruitment solution to a group of services and hospitals across the UK, with circa 2500 employees with growth plans over the next 6 months.

Our hospitals, nursing & residential homes and supported living accommodation support individual with a range of mental health needs (including acute wards), complex care needs, acquired brain injury and rehabilitation.

Oakleaf has an overseas team, and a UK team, where we recruit for all non-clinical and clinical roles (Nurses, Doctors, AHPs) both locally and overseas. In addition, we also head hunt for Management / Director level and head office roles.

As a recruiter in the UK team, your role will be to account manage a number of our services and hospitals and support them with all their permanent recruitment needs from advertising (both nationally and locally), head hunting, screening, organising of interviews through to managing the offer stage.

Requirements:

  • Must have previous recruitment experience (Internal or Agency) ideally within the Healthcare sector, but not essential.

  • Experience of either volume recruitment or more of a search and selection approach.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.

  • Happy to be office based, Whitstable, Mon to Fri 9am – 5.30pm.

  • Have the right to work in the UK
